If I may say, the image seems a tad on the blurry side... Possibly try shooting for a sharper shot next time, possibly by backing the camera up a tad? It's a very beautiful shot. =D

Yes :tears: There were no sharp images out of about 20 shots. Thanks very much for the comment :)

Thank you :) Its part of a series I am shooting at the moment, there are three similar others in my gallery if you are interested. Thank you again for a lovely comment.

You could also try sharpening the image using a paint/photo program such as Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, or whatever kind of program you use. I'm sure there may be a sharpening tool. You could always try that, if it's available.

very good idea, makes it a bit grainy but for now its an improvement. I have just done that and I am gonna change it now. Thanks for your useful point there :)

No problem. =) I find that if the sharpen tool makes things look a bit grainy, using the smudge tool, just a tad in the really grainy spots, seems to help a bit.

:D Yup, could do that but overall its badly shot anyway, bad choice of backdrop and poor lighting. For now I think I will just leave it and then reshoot when I can.

Thanks for your suggestions though, always appreciated ;)

I like the idea but; the wall was contrasted in terms of lighting in a lot of places making it complex to see I guess, maybe if you used candle light or something, to make the lighting uniformly changing, or using some sort of a coloured wallpaper. Maybe thats what you dont like, that there are too many distinct shadows instead of smoothened shadows throughout the picture. Umm, another suggestion, if the person felt that their soul was held by the other's hand, wouldnt they feel the other's thumb caressing their hand? Or at least at that moment, or else if we did all the time our hands would fall off from being tired. Oh yeah whenever there is a picture of hands, whether photographic or a drawing, the beauty of the hands comes from their structure and texture, so basically, show more of the skin's texture. You did pretty good on composition and the structure of it. I like it, and I like the fact that youre reshooting it coz u get to explore the possibilities more. Hope that helps hih.
